First of all ,i will like to ask hello to MATLAB Central.I have been tasked with assignment concerning the simulation of a wheelchair.However,i do not know how to generate the simulation of the wheelchair as i am not given the transfer function.Thus,i will like to ask the fellow community here to show me way on how to do simulation of a wheelchair using MATLAB.
This is a subject of digital control system.
I hope that fellow community here will help me,thank you very much

What is it that the digital control system would be responsible for controlling?
