Fixed Point Coefficients for IIR filter

Hello,
the CMCIS library for ARM controller requires the coefficients in the form {b10, b11, b12, a11, a12, b20, b21, b22, a21, a22,...}
Can someone explain me how I get these coefficients in 32-bit fixed-point aritmetik? The FDAToolbox seems to be suitable, and works very well for FIR filters. But I am not able to generate the coefficients for IIR filters.
