Do you want the code or just a function that computes MST? For the function, see Bioinformatics toolbox documentation, for the actual implementation in Matlab, see MST using Kruskal at Matlab exchange.

I need both code and function for calculating MST using prim or kruskal when the number of vertices and their Topology ,distance and Location specifications are given......the details of topology,distance and location are attached herewithin-
